DEI & ERG Strategist

Dan is a native of Omaha who has pursued his interests in marketing, talent acquisition, and much more. However, he discovered his true calling as a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion professional, ERG Strategist, and aspiring ally, working with DEI (strategy, analytics, and marketing) and ERGs (structure, design, and innovation). Dan is renowned for his work in Omaha and as a nationally recognized DEI/ERG Consultant who makes an impact in various areas. Dan embraces his passion with purpose and believes in his work as it is putting the purpose back into the people through DEI/ERGs. On a personal level, Dan is a proud Guncle (gay uncle) of his nephew/godson, Noah, and a fur parent to his St. Bernard/Lab mix pup, Chance. And when he's not spending time with them, he and his partner, Joe, can be found in the community or at the gym.
