Dorothy Chang is a Bay Area-based consultant and leadership coach who helps teams and organizations create the workplace conditions people need to be their most powerful selves. Informed by over a decade of work as an educator and community organizer, Dorothy is the unseen force behind some of Silicon Valley’s greatest hits in DEI, from designing participatory grantmaking practices for foundations like the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative to launching global leadership programs for companies like Amazon and Stanford University.
