I am a veteran and senior leader with over 20 years of experience in business analysis, project and operations management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. I currently work as the Sr. Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where I lead the design and implementation of immersive DEI solutions that enhance the guest experience, employee engagement, and brand reputation.

My core competencies include process improvement, customer relationship management, analytical skills, and DEI technology. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lego Serious Play Facilitator. I am also the creator of the "DEI Pizza™" model, a framework that helps organizations assess and improve their DEI maturity and performance.
