Katee Van Horn is a distinguished Human Resources strategist and a thought leader in fostering inclusive workplace cultures. She currently serves as the Chief People Officer at WebPros and co-hosts the Inclusive AF Podcast, where she explores critical topics surrounding inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA).
Deeply committed to community impact, Katee serves on the Multicultural Advisory Board for One Community AZ, with a focus on empowering underrepresented groups to step into leadership roles and driving organizational success through diverse perspectives.
Katee’s expertise lies in leading global HR initiatives with a focus on strategic planning, leadership development, management training, succession planning, talent management, and individual coaching. She excels at identifying organizational and individual growth opportunities, designing tailored solutions to foster both personal and professional development.
Outside of her professional life, Katee enjoys exploring Arizona’s scenic mountains with her two beloved dogs, finding balance and inspiration in the great outdoors.
